This Modern Family Home is located in the Cove Development in Groomsport County Down.
With sweeping views down to the sea, the homeowners wanted a design that would not detract from the changing environment outside.

Simple, clean lines and matte surfaces draw the eye back down to the beach, and a neutral uncomplicated palette allows the room to change with the landscape.

All kitchen paraphernalia is hidden behind doors and in drawers, however this is a practical family home with three children. This minimalist look works, because every aspect has been taken care of through spacial planning.

The Striking Matte Basalt Appliance Wall houses the homeowners coffee machine (accessed by a pull out, see image gallery), Laundry Items, Food Storage, and Kitchen Essentials.

Sleek Handleless, push opening doors and drawers are complimented by Stainless Steel Work Surfaces, and the very beautiful Smeg Linea Hob.
The island was fitted in complimentary  Matte Cashmere to add a subtle contrast. Stainless Steel Smeg Linea Appliances compliment the Stainless Steel worktops but contrast with the moody Basalt cabinets.
