Cross Grained Door
Oak Stain

About the space:

Believe it or not, this stunning space is home to a young family of four. Clean lines, and minimal details make this space both modern and minimalist, however the warm oak finish is just enough to keep it from looking too stark.

Due to the challenging wall layout (window placement) a multitude of drawers replace the need for wall cabinets in storing everything from glassware to crockery.

Also contained within drawers are pots, pans, chopping boards, utensils and cutlery. Internally these items are separated by handy dividers and holders.

The island is perhaps the most practical space in the kitchen. It houses a boiling tap, waste disposal unit (to eliminate food waste) the dishwasher and bins. Everything in this space is just a few steps away, and the dishwasher can be unloaded by simply pivoting and restocking in to the drawers behind.

The ‘appliance wall’ at the rear is home to everything food related. Fresh & frozen food is stored in the integrated appliance to the right. The main cooking functions are on the back wall, with a single oven, combination microwave oven (oven, microwave and grill) and warming drawer. Items relating to the ovens such as baking trays are stored below in hidden pull-out drawers.

To the left of the ovens is a larder with pull-out drawers to store all ambient and long-life foods such as tins, cereals etc. Unpacking the shopping is straight forward as everything is put away in the one area.

January sale is now on. 15% of new kitchens and 10% of refurbishments.
